Fitting dates you'll keep
JobTek keeps the measurements, the order and the fitters on one job, so you give the customer a fitting date the moment everything is lined up, and keep it.
From survey to fitted, in step
The survey sets the measurements, the order goes to the manufacturer, the deposit is taken and the fitters' diary keeps moving. JobTek tracks every stage on one job, and the fit is booked as soon as the units are confirmed.
Measurements that reach the fitters
Opening sizes, frame and glass choices, hardware and photos of each opening go on the job at the survey. The fitters see the same details on their phones on the day, exactly as measured.
A bay window and two doors
- 1Survey
Measurements and photos of each opening.
- 2Quote
Products, labour and exclusions, with a deposit invoiced when the customer accepts.
- 3Order
The expected delivery date goes in the job notes.
- 4Fit
Two fitters and the lifting kit are booked once the units are in.
- 5Balance
Completion photos and the final invoice, less the deposit.
Delivery to fitting, perfectly timed
Put the expected delivery date in the job notes when you order. When the units are confirmed, book the fitters and any lifting kit on the same visit. Large units that need several people can have them all on one booking, each shown as busy.
Paperwork, approval and payment
Completion paperwork
A controlled building-work completion record from the managed catalogue, completed when the job is done.
Online acceptance
With JobTek Professional, the customer accepts the quote online, and you can see when they opened it.
Payment of the balance
With JobTek Professional, the customer pays the final invoice online once the fit is complete, and reminders stop as soon as it's paid.
Deposit up front
A deposit invoice raised the moment the customer accepts, and deducted from the final bill.
