Every payment comes back to JobTek and is recorded on the invoice, with the balance updated. Refund a completed payment in full or in part from JobTek and it goes back through the provider. Bank transfers and cash are recorded in a couple of clicks. With an accounting connection, each provider's receipts can go to their own clearing account.
